How much does it cost?

Below is some general pricing information, however we have the ability to look at each situation differently and may adjust the pricing quote to better fit the nature of the work.

Standard Hourly Pricing - $40.00 per hour

 

Hourly billing is calculated in 1/2 hour increments.

5 prepaid hours - $190 (save $10)

10 prepaid hours - $380 (save $20)

15 prepaid hours - $570 (save $30)

 

Prepaid monthly packages reflect a 5% discount.

They are non-refundable and expire 1 month from payment.

5 hours average - $195

10 hours average - $390

15 hours average - $585

20 hours average - $780  

 

Retainer packages are non-refundable and require a 6-month minimum contract.

Retainer packages ensure high priority service and allow for a 15% variance.

Social Media Start-up - $220 per month (average of 3 months)

(Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Etc)

• Up to 3 profile set-ups
• Profile & Software integrations
• 1 hour per month in usage tutorials
• Content coaching

 

Blog Formatting - $220 per month

(Wordpress, Blogger, Etc)

• Format up to 4 blogs per month
• Up to 400 words per blog
• Up to 3 graphics per blog
• Publish each blog on up to 4 sites

 

E-mail Marketing - $250 per month

(Constant Contact, Newsletters, MailChimp, Etc)

• Import Contacts (excludes data input)
• Format Up to 2 pages of content or 600 words
• Up to 2 mailings per month

 

Contact Management Set-up - $250

(Outlook, GMail, Mailing List Creation, Data Input, etc)

• Input up to 200 contacts
• Import/Export to/from up to 3 sites/sources
• Provide a spreadsheet for future use

 

Software Tutorials* - $300 per session

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc)

• Demonstration of common software programs
• Up to 2 hours per session
• Up to 10 Attendees per session

 

Print Mail Formatting - $500 per mailing ($300 without printing)

(Invitations, Newsletters, Advertising, Etc)

• Format up to 2 pages of content
• Create Mail Merge file for up to 200 contacts
• Print up to 400 color pages
• Only One mailing per month

 

Event Planning* - $550 per event

(Seminars, Networking, parties, receptions, Etc)

• Up to 3 weeks of advertising and promotions
• RSVP confirmations & follow-ups
• Up to 5 print pages per attendee
• Up to 20 attendees
• Up to 3 hours
• Light refreshments

 

 

These packages are negotiable depending on the nature of the project.

Packages are non-refundable.

 

All marketing content and copy is created and approved by the client.

 

* Event planning & Tutorial pricing is limited to Southern Maine. Substantial location or travel costs may be additional.

Special offers are at the discretion of Office Solutions ^ME management and must be agreed upon before service is rendered.

First time clients and projects estimated over $200 are subject to a minimum 50% down payment.

All rates, fees, and discounts are discussed and agreed upon prior to project completion and billing.

Invoices are sent electronically on the 15th of each month, with payment due within 30 days.

Turn around time is generally 24-48 hours depending on the nature of the project.
