Standard Hourly Pricing - $40.00 per hour
Hourly billing is calculated in 1/2 hour increments.
Prepaid Monthly Pricing
5 prepaid hours - $190 (save $10)
10 prepaid hours - $380 (save $20)
15 prepaid hours - $570 (save $30)
Prepaid monthly packages reflect a 5% discount.
They are non-refundable and expire 1 month from payment.
Monthly Retainer Pricing
5 hours average - $195
10 hours average - $390

20 hours average - $780
Retainer packages are non-refundable and require a 6-month minimum contract.
Retainer packages ensure high priority service and allow for a 15% variance.

Technical support is billed in 1/2 hour increments.
On-site support is available within Cumberland County only.
Misc Details
First time clients and projects estimated over $200 are subject to a minimum 50% down payment.
All rates, fees, and discounts are discussed and agreed upon prior to project completion and billing.
Invoices are sent electronically on the 15th of each month, with payment due within 30 days.
Turn around time is generally 24-48 hours depending on the nature of the project.
